Modified Checklist for Autism in Toddlers (M-CHAT) |

The more we learn about Autism, the more we recognize that early intervention is the
key to helping children overcome their disability. In order to identify children with traits
that are consistent with Autism Spectrum Disorder, we offer the M-CHAT at 18 and 24
months. This is not a definitive test for Autism, but rather a screen that will alert us as
to whether or not more studies are needed for your child. Please download and complete
this questionnaire prior to your 18 and 24 month visit. Your doctor will review the
