Michelle Kravitz, M.D., F.A.A.P.
Dr. Kravitz relocated to Dallas from Maryland and is very happy to be joining Forest Lane Pediatrics. She is board certified in Pediatrics and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics as well as a member of the American Medical Association, Texas Pediatric Society, Dallas county Medical Society and the Pediatric Society of Greater Dallas.
She completed her pediatric internship and residency at William Beaumont Army Medical Center in El Paso, Texas. Prior to that, she graduated from medical school at Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Bethesda, Maryland. She completed her undergraduate studies at Johns Hopkins University. Following graduation from residency, she had various Army assignments, the most recent on as Chief of the Pediatric clinic at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, DC. After leaving active duty, she later became the pediatrician in charge of Newborn Nursery at the National Naval Medical Center and was there until she accompanied her husband to Dallas in 2007.
She lives in Dallas with her husband Brian and children, David, Jonathan and Heidi. She enjoys treating newborns to adolescents.Her special interests include breastfeeding, management of ADHD, and obesity prevention and management. She is looking forward to meeting you and your children. |
