Tonsillectomy cures ADHD???


In recent years, we have become aware that some kids who have enlarged tonsils will exhibit behavior and attention problems.  This occurs because they have disordered sleep from snoring and obstructive sleep apnea.  Inadequate sleep can make kids inattentive and hyperactive during the daytime.  A recent article in the Dallas Morning News describes such a child:
