Lots of things going around -- we have seen:
Croup -- bad barky cough
Gastroenteritis -- vomiting/diarrhea
Fever/Viral Rash consistent with roseola
Hand, Foot and Mouth Disease -- virus causing spots on hands, feet, and in throat
