We are open and available for appointments, however to create a safe environment with minimal exposure to other families we are limiting the number of people in the office at one time. For all in office visits, we are limiting access to just the patient and one adult. All persons age 2 and over must wear a mask or face covering. We also ask that anyone who has cough, fever, shortness of breath, or exposure to persons known or suspected to have COVID-19 refrain from coming to the office. If your child is in need of a Sick Visit please call or send us a Portal Message and we will be happy to facilitate care for your child. We believe that all children should be fully immunized per the vaccine schedule recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) and the Center for Disease Control (CDC), unless there are medical contraindications. We are unable to accept new patients/families unless they are willing to fully comply with Forest Lane Pediatrics’ vaccination schedule. We believe this policy advocates for children and their best interest, as well as protects our patients who are too young to be vaccinated. If you are transferring from another practice, you will be required to submit a copy of your child’s immunization record prior to scheduling your child’s first visit.

"I was lucky enough to be recommended to this practice while expecting my first child. My daughter had a bit of a rough go of it for the first few months, but I never doubted that we were in excellent hands. Now both of my girls go here and we have actually made insurance decisions based on being able to continue to see these doctors. Our primary doctor on staff is Dr. Diana, but we've had stellar care provided by Dr. Blair, Dr. McGonnell, and Dr. Mannering as well. (Plus other doctors here and there based on who's on call.) You can tell in their interactions with children that they truly care about providing the best care possible. They encourage discussion and support through any medical difficulties. I very much appreciate all that they've done (and they have gone above and beyond) for my girls."
