1. Please check in virtually and reply to the text you received with the year, make, and model of your vehicle.
2. Please park in the parking lot directly in the middle of the two office buildings in the front row, across from the round courtyard where the doctor will be stationed. If the doctor is with a patient, please wait in your car until the family leaves. Once the doctor is free, you may get out of your car and walk over to the doctor, where the doctor will examine your child.
3. 2 parents are allowed to accompany the child to visit the doctor and both the parents and all children ages 2 and up must wear a non-vented face covering that covers the mouth and nose.
4. Please allow our staff 24 hours to complete any school notes needed after the appointment.
5. If you are running late or have not seen the provider outside, please contact our office (972-526-0700) or message through this text notification.
