1. When you arrive, please park right before the awning, with the passenger side of your vehicle facing the building.
2. Please call our office to let us know you have arrived. Please be prepared to pay any copay/deductible amounts at that time if you have not already done so via virtual check in.
3. Please make sure that everyone in the vehicle age 2 years and older is wearing a non-vented mask that covers both the nose and mouth.
