Directions to the Mesquite Office
Driving West on I-30
– Exit Galloway
– Take the service road until you get to the large billboard with our
name on it.
– Turn right and then continue straight to the parking lot.
– Follow the street to the parking lot. The entrance to the building is
under the overhang through the sliding glass doors.
Driving East on I-30
– Exit Galloway
– Stay in the left lane and take the U-turn to the Eastbound service road.
– Take the service road until you get to the large billboard with our name
on it.
– Turn right and continue straight to the parking lot.
– Follow the street to the parking lot. The entrance to the building is
under the overhang through the sliding glass doors.
Driving North or South on 635
– Exit Galloway
– Turn East on Galloway
– Drive past the car dealerships then turn left on Republic Parkway
– On your right you will see a brick sign that says “Mesquite
Professional Office Buildings”, turn right here.
– Continue straight until you reach the stop sign. On your left will be
1650 Republic Parkway, do not go to that building. In front of you on your
right is a sign that says 1600 Republic Parkway with an arrow pointing
straight ahead. Go straight through the stop sign and follow the signs.
– Continue to follow the signs as you curve around the building until
you get to the stop sign. Go straight through the stop sign and follow the
street as it curves to your left.
– Follow the street to the parking lot. The entrance to the building is
under the overhang through the sliding glass doors.

You will enter on the ground floor of Centennial Pavilion II and take the elevator to the fourth floor. The well waiting room will be to your left as you exit the elevator, and the sick waiting room will be down the hall on your right.
