1. Please remember that everyone ages 2 and up coming to the appointment must wear a non-vented mask that covers both the nose and mouth. We also ask that only one parent come to the office with the child and no siblings.
2. Once you arrive at the office parking lot, please send us a message via the confirmation text.
3. Once we are ready for you, we will call or text you to head upstairs. Please exit the elevator to the right and go directly to the sick waiting room door. You will be greeted by the medical assistant and brought directly back to the room. All exams and tests will be performed in the exam room. We are trying to minimize the time you are in our office, and we request that any additional needs be handled later by phone or portal request (letters, appointments, insurance questions, etc).
4. Please allow our staff 24 hours to complete any school notes needed after the appointment.
5. If you are running late, please contact our office (972-526-0700) or message through the text notification.
